Jennifer began working with Campbell & Pound in early 2018 as a valued intern. Prior to starting her career in Real Estate Appraisal, she graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013, majoring in the Humanities. After years of customer service based work experience, Jennifer decided it was time to pair her passion for connecting with people and helping others with her interest in real estate. This came as no surprise given her lifelong exposure to the family business, which is rooted in real estate and property appraisals. Her foundation in customer service and the skills she garnered such as effective communication, strong time management, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure are a perfect fit for her new career path. In 2017, Jennifer began working towards becoming a CRA designated Real Estate Appraiser through the Real Estate Division at UBC Sauder School of Business and currently possesses Candidate status.
