Zana became a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2004. She has worked as an appraiser since 2004 with Campbell & Pound and has continued to be an active and valuable team member. Zana earned her Urban Land Economics Diploma from UBC in 2005 while previously finishing Real Estate Studies at Langara College and earning a degree in Economics from the University of former Yugoslavia in 1993. She was awarded the distinctive CRA designation in 2014. She is an appraiser whose area of geographic responsibility includes the City of Vancouver and Burnaby. Zana has handled many executive high-end and complex residential assignments over the years including waterfront estates, view, and executive penthouse properties in her portfolio. She has participated in many litigation files, relocation files, as well as the production of management portfolio files for various clients. Zana speaks fluent English, as well as Serbian, Croatian, and Montenegrin.
