He is skilled in all types of residential appraisals including acreages, high-end homes, relocations, hobby farms, unique properties, new construction, renovation properties, and strata units including apartments, condominiums, townhouses, and multi-family dwellings consisting of duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. Calvin is known for his swift and expeditious turnaround time when completing the appraisal process without compromising quality or content. His clients include appraisal management companies, private individuals, corporations, major financial institutions, mortgage brokers, relocation corporations, developers, builders, and both law and private firms.
