Biography

Carol is Campbell & Pound's Front Office Administrator. She has been with Campbell & Pound since 2016 and is an asset to the team. Carol performs office administration duties for the Residential Division. She is well organized and maintains the records and files in the office. She also collects, records, maintains, and updates the firm’s order and contact databases. She enters and assigns orders to the company’s appraisers, as well as updates clients in regards to the status of their orders. Carol also manages and keeps the office’s Accounts Receivables up to date. She is a customer support representative and the person you will most likely speak with when calling the office. She is experienced with appraisal practices and real estate office procedures and is happy to help and answer your inquiries regarding any non-valuation related questions you may have.
