Heather joined Campbell & Pound in 2002 as a research assistant in the IC&I Division and is now one of the company's most experienced appraisers. Since 2003, Heather has been a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, carrying full liability insurance coverage. From 2005 until 2010, she worked as a residential appraiser and in 2010 she made the permanent transition to the IC&I Division. Since 2010, Heather has been conducting commercial valuations on a wide range of IC&I properties under the guidance of her mentor. Her range of experience includes industrial, office and retail properties, development land, multi-family apartment buildings, and replacement cost appraisals. Heather has been enrolled in the Sauder School of Business appraisal curriculum and is nearing the completion of the educational and professional requirements for her CRA designation. Upon completion of her CRA designation, Heather will be undertaking additional studies relevant to the IC&I fields of appraisal.
