Jaclyn is an AIC Candidate Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and is currently pursuing her AACI (Accredited Appraiser Institute of Canada) professional designation. She has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2004. She joined the Residential Division of Campbell & Pound in 2015 as a skilled appraiser in both strata units and single-family properties located within the metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley area. Jaclyn is a strong critical thinker and is able to consistently deliver a variety of detailed appraisal reports in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practices of the AIC. She is known for diligently working within and meeting tight deadlines in order to meet her clients’ needs and priorities. Jaclyn completed her Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) at UBC in 2013 with specializations in Appraisal, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Management. In addition, she is currently working towards completing a Bachelor in Business and Real Estate at UBC.
