Julie is an accredited professional member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in May of 2006 from the University of British Columbia and is currently in the process of completing the academic, experience, and mentoring requirements in order to earn the professional designation of CRA. She has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and Campbell & Pound since 2015. Julie’s work involves a wide variety of residential and complex residential appraisal assignments including single family dwellings, new construction appraisals, vacant land, acreage, strata apartments, estate/settlement of assets files, capital gains tax files (retrospective and current approaches), and mixed use single family. She is very knowledgeable in the Vancouver (REBGV) Real Estate market with over 8 years of Real Estate experience. Her geographical areas of expertise are primarily Vancouver, Ladner, Tsawwassen, and Richmond.
