Katrina completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics in 2010 from the University of Toronto and completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Valuation at the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2012. She is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is currently on track to receive her professional valuation accreditation (AACI) in 2018. Katrina began her appraisal career at a Vancouver real estate appraisal firm, working from 2012 to 2017. Beginning in the residential division, Katrina developed her experience across a wide array of residential property types in the Lower Mainland, including single family dwellings, new construction appraisals, vacant land, condominium units, and estate properties. Katrina joined the Commercial Division of Campbell & Pound in 2017 and has been involved in industrial, office and retail properties, development land, and multi-family assignments.
