Kristin gained her CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in September of 2009 after completing the necessary courses through UBC's Sauder School of Business. Kristin has worked within the Residential Real Estate Industry since 1999 and is familiar with Office Procedures, Residential Real Estate Sales, Listings, Appraisals, Relocation and Rental Properties. She has been working with Campbell and Pound since 2010. Kristin is personally signed to conduct Residential Appraisal Assignments with Scotiabank and The Royal Bank of Canada. She resides in the Township of Langley and specializes in completing appraisal assignments throughout various areas of the Fraser Valley. Her main area of geographical responsibility is noted as Langley and Aldergrove. Kristin has vast experience appraising properties with features such as: acreage, outbuildings, waterfront, new construction, high-end residential properties and renovations. She is known for her detail oriented work, fast turn-around times, efficiency, and punctuality.
