Richard graduated from Business School at Simon Fraser University with Honours in 2006. In that same year, he became a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, where he earned his professional designation in 2009. Richard specialises in the valuation of commercial properties, including industrial, retail and office buildings, as well as vacant land throughout Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and the Fraser Valley. He has also served as an expert witness in both the Supreme Court of Alberta and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Richard joined the team at Campbell & Pound in February of 2013, after several years of serving as an appraiser in the Province of Alberta. His professional and efficient service to all of his clients has been an asset to the team.
